A Sound Bath session for your relaxation, nourishment & wellbeing.
A Sound bath also known as Sonic Massage provides a beautiful and delightful experience that will inevitably alter your state of being, slowing down your mind, relaxing your physical body, soothing your emotions, and rebalancing your whole being.
This is a great opportunity to get in touch with oneself while enjoying a tranquil and quiet environment delighted with sacred sounds.
Furthermore, participating in a Sound bath can assist with conditions such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.
You will be experiencing sound vibrations of healing frequencies such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal singing bowls and Gong, drums, and more. The sound vibration penetrates at a cellular level, restoring and re-calibrating a natural state of wellbeing. Adriana also uses her voice as a powerful vehicle to invite deep listening and presence.
This Sound bath will be held at a beautiful location with stunning views in Katoomba. The session will be limited to 12 people. To ensure a space please book prior to the event.

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath also known as a Sonic Massage is an experience of subtle sound frequencies that retune and re-balance. All participants lie down on individual yoga mats or sit down, whatever is most comfortable. Followed by simply relaxing and listening not only with the ears but with the whole body, the sound vibrations of an array of harmonic instruments. It is called a sound bath, not because it involves water, but actually, because the sounds that are experienced are felt all throughout the body in the same way as when having a shower and water runs through.
