This workshop begins with a relaxing session of delightful sounds such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls & chimes.
Once in a receptive and serene state of mind the weaving process begins. Learn about the God’s Eye symbology in indigenous traditions together with a deep colour exploration and their respective meaning and influence in the body.
Weaving is an ancient art that has been used traditionally in many cultures around the globe. It is a way of maintaining mental health and harmony with oneself while bonding within a group. Additional benefits of weaving are; extended relaxation and concentration, dopamine and serotonin release, sense of accomplishment, confidence, stimulation of cognitive and motor skills, release of repressed feelings and emotions and stimulate creative thinking and problem solving.
