Description
Create your own four-point mandala, also known in the Americas as Ojo de Dios or God’s Eye.
Immersing in deep relaxation through sounds bath & creativity through colours and geometry.
Enter into a more receptive space and learn to create an eight-point mandala. Gain insight into your self through creative and mindful mandala weaving. Brings body, mind, and spirit into harmony.
We start the day with a soothing and relaxing sonic massage also known as a sound bath. Using instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, and chimes you will relax to the sound, allowing your body-mind to relax and open to a more subtle version of yourself.
Later moving on into understanding the symbology of weaving an eight-point God’s eye mandala, setting intention from the heart, and learning the meaning of mandalas and God’s eye in the Americas. Here we will be sharing about the importance of weaving as a symbol of coherent connection and strength as we move into our heart center. Mandalas work as a mirror that reflects ones thinking patterns carried on in daily life.
To keep moving and creating with our hands is essential to our mental and emotional health. Mandalas are a beautiful medium to do so, a simple and yet powerful way to remain in nurturing balance. Weaving is an ancient art that has been used traditionally in many ancient cultures around the globe. It is a way of maintaining mind and heart in harmony. Some other benefits of weaving are; extended relaxation and concentration, dopamine and serotonin release (our happy hormones), a sense of accomplishment, confidence, stimulation of cognitive and motor skills, the release of repressed feelings and emotions, and stimulation of creative thinking and problem-solving.
